What information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. horoscope-today.com does not require registration, login, or any form of personal data submission. The zodiac sign you select is saved only in your browser's local storage on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Cookies and tracking

We store your cookie choice (accept or reject) in your browser’s local storage so we do not show the banner on every visit. If you Accept, Google tags may set cookies or use similar storage for analytics and advertising as described below. If you Reject, we do not enable those uses through our consent controls (non-essential analytics and ad cookies should not run). Third parties may still apply technical cookies required to deliver the page; you can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland — consent for ads

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google may require publishers who use AdSense and similar products to collect valid consent using a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework, so personalised ads can be shown without risking ad delivery or revenue. Anonymous analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregate analytics to understand how visitors use the site on a country level. When you visit a page, a small request is sent to our server containing:

  • The page URL you visited (e.g., /leo)
  • Your approximate country, determined from your IP address using Cloudflare geolocation headers or a local geolocation database
  • A one-way hash (SHA-256) of your IP address — we never store your raw IP
  • Your browser's user-agent string

This data is used solely for aggregate traffic analysis (for example, to see how many visitors come from each country). No personal identification is possible from the stored data. The analytics beacon only fires if you have accepted the cookie consent banner.
